A Luxurious Outdoor Living Transformation

This project was a complete design-build transformation of the front and side of the home. The scope began with clearing large trees and overgrown vegetation, followed by extensive excavation of the hillside to create a truly one-of-a-kind outdoor living space.

The front yard was thoughtfully designed with a striking new landscape layout featuring newly planted trees and shrubs, complemented by natural boulder edging. At the center, a double water feature provides a unique visual focal point along with a calming sound element. The space was completed with professional landscape irrigation and architectural landscape lighting.

The side yard was developed into an inviting entertainment area. Terraced retaining walls and landscape beds were constructed using natural stone veneer, finished with natural stone caps and step treads for a cohesive and elevated look. Unilock pavers were used to create a beautiful walkway and an open paver patio, while an outdoor fireplace and integrated hardscape lighting add warmth and ambiance.

To complete the space, a custom, one-of-a-kind waterfall was installed adjacent to the patio. New trees and shrubs were carefully blended into the design, along with landscape irrigation, landscape lighting, and waterfall lighting, bringing the entire outdoor environment together seamlessly.
