Backyard Glow‑Up Done Right

This project began with the resolution of significant drainage issues that had caused standing water in multiple areas of the yard. To address the problem, we installed a French drain along the back side of the fence between the neighboring properties. The sump pump discharge line was then buried and tied directly into the same French drain system, fully resolving all water management concerns.

The next phase focused on replacing an existing flagstone patio that had deteriorated over time. The area was completely demolished and rebuilt with a stamped concrete patio designed to replicate the appearance of natural flagstone, providing both durability and aesthetic appeal.

To complete the project, the homeowners requested enhanced privacy throughout the backyard. We constructed new landscape beds and installed a variety of privacy screening trees and shrubs. Landscape irrigation was added to support long-term plant health, and decorative rock was applied to finish the beds with a clean, polished look.
