Elevated & Custom Paver Design

This project involved the complete replacement of a failing patio. Over time, water infiltration beneath the existing structure caused settlement issues, resulting in uneven and sinking areas that required a full rebuild.

Our team reimagined the space with a clean, updated design focused on long-term durability and visual appeal. Using premium Unilock materials, we constructed a low retaining wall to properly elevate the patio and restore correct grade and drainage. Three distinct paver styles were incorporated to create a unique, custom look that adds depth and character to the space.

The stair layout was redesigned with smaller, more functional steps, allowing for improved flow and better use of the available footprint. To complete the project, decorative landscape rock was installed in the surrounding beds, providing a polished, low-maintenance finish that frames the patio beautifully.
