Luxury Pool & Hardscape Renovation

This project was a complete rebuild from the ground up. The existing space was fully demolished and re-created as a custom 40’ x 20’ liner pool. The new pool features a tanning ledge with integrated bubblers, along with upgraded color-changing LED lighting for enhanced ambiance and functionality.

The pool decking was finished with a striking gray and white travertine. Including the pool coping and surrounding walkways, the project incorporates over 2,000 square feet of premium travertine decking.

To complete the outdoor space, we installed a Toja Grid pergola, an artificial turf play area on one side, and a four-hole putting green on the other. Additional enhancements include a new privacy fence, privacy trees, decorative rock, landscape lighting, and a fully integrated outdoor sound system.
